1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AccountsSale ("the Platform"), operated by Idle Account LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
AccountsSale is a marketplace intermediary that provides listing, order, escrow, and dispute workflows for digital-account transactions. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, the Platform is not the seller or owner of a third-party account and does not guarantee its continuing operation after a completed transaction.
3. Escrow Protection and Buyer Review
Sale payments are held in escrow. If the seller has not delivered, the buyer may cancel for a full wallet refund 12 hours after payment; if delivery is still missing after 48 hours, the Platform automatically cancels and refunds the order in full. After delivery, the buyer must use the 72-hour review period to verify login, the listed level and region, included email or phone controls, two-factor authentication, recovery options, and all other promised attributes. The buyer must open a dispute before confirming or before the review period expires if anything is wrong.
4. Transaction Finality and Recovery Guarantee
When the buyer confirms, or when the 72-hour review period expires without a dispute, the order is completed, escrow ends, and funds are released to the seller. Ordinary refund eligibility ends at that point. Post-completion recovery by the original owner is covered only when the individual listing and order expressly displayed an active Recovery Guarantee and coverage period at purchase. A timely claim must be supported by evidence and approved by Platform administrators before compensation is paid from the seller's reserved guarantee deposit.
5. User Accounts
Users may register as buyers, sellers, or both. Sellers must complete identity verification (KYC) before listing accounts for sale. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities. Accounts obtained through unauthorized access, theft, or deception may not be listed. The Platform reserves the right to remove listings and suspend users who violate these terms.
7. Payments
The Platform accepts cryptocurrency payments (USDT, TRC-20 network) processed through NOWPayments. All prices are displayed in USD. Buyers pay the listed price with no additional buyer fees; a category-based commission is deducted from the seller's proceeds.
8. Dispute Resolution
During the 72-hour review period after delivery, the buyer may open a dispute from the order page instead of confirming. A dispute freezes the escrowed funds until Platform administrators review the evidence and make a final decision on release or refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform acts as an escrow and marketplace intermediary. After completion, it is not responsible for ordinary refund claims arising from a buyer's failure to inspect, change of mind, later use, a third-party platform restriction or ban, or other post-completion events, except for an approved claim under an active Recovery Guarantee or obligations that applicable law does not permit the Platform to exclude. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable statutory rights.
