Refund Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

AccountsSale provides escrow for the transaction. Buyers must verify the delivered account and open any ordinary dispute before confirming or before the 72-hour review period expires. Once the order completes and funds are released, ordinary refunds end; post-completion account-recovery coverage exists only for an order that explicitly displayed an active Recovery Guarantee.

1. Escrow and delivery

When a sale order is paid, the platform holds the payment in escrow rather than sending it immediately to the seller.

2. Buyer cancellation after 12 hours

If the seller has not delivered, the buyer may cancel the paid order once 12 hours have passed and receive a full refund to the buyer’s wallet balance.

3. Automatic refund after 48 hours

If the seller still has not delivered 48 hours after payment, the Platform automatically cancels the sale order and returns the payment in full to the buyer’s wallet balance.

4. 72-hour review and disputes

After delivery, the buyer has 72 hours to verify access and either confirm receipt or open a dispute from the order page. A dispute freezes escrow until administrators review both parties’ evidence and decide whether funds are released or refunded.

5. Completion, release, and no ordinary refund

If the buyer confirms, or if the 72-hour review period expires without a dispute, the transaction is completed, escrow ends, and funds are released to the seller. The buyer must finish verification before that event. After completion, failure to inspect, change of mind, later use, a third-party platform restriction or ban, or another ordinary complaint does not qualify for a refund.

6. Listing-specific Recovery Guarantee after release

Recovery Guarantee is not included with every product. After completion, a later original-owner recovery can be claimed only when that individual product page and order explicitly displayed active Recovery Guarantee coverage and its period at purchase. The buyer must file evidence within that period, and compensation is paid from the seller's reserved guarantee deposit only after administrators approve the claim.

7. Rental deposits

A positive rental deposit remains in escrow after the rental ends until an administrator adjudicates it. Based on the case, the administrator may return it to the buyer or forfeit it to the seller.

8. Platform role, other requests, and legal rights

The Platform provides the escrow and dispute process; it does not insure every account after completion. A listing mismatch, access failure, or other ordinary complaint must be raised as a dispute before release and does not create an automatic refund. The completion rule does not limit an approved active-Recovery-Guarantee claim or any right or obligation that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive or exclude.
