Frequently Asked Questions
How buying, selling, escrow, and recovery guarantees work on AccountsSale.
- Is it safe to buy accounts on AccountsSale?
- Purchases use platform escrow, but account trading is not risk-free. Verify login, included controls and every listed attribute during the 72-hour review window. If anything is wrong, open a dispute before confirming or automatic completion. Once funds are released, ordinary refunds end. Later original-owner recovery is covered only when that individual listing and order explicitly displayed an active Recovery Guarantee.
- What is escrow and how does it protect me?
- Escrow means the platform holds your payment instead of sending it straight to the seller. After delivery, verify login and transfer 2FA during the 72-hour review window. Confirm if everything is correct, or open a dispute before the window expires. If no dispute is opened, the order is automatically confirmed and the funds are released after the window.
- What happens if the original owner recovers the account later?
- Recovery Guarantee is not included with every product. If the individual product page and order explicitly displayed active coverage, and the original owner reclaims the account within the displayed window, submit evidence for review. Only an administrator-approved claim is paid from the seller's reserved guarantee deposit. Listings without that badge have no post-completion recovery coverage.
- How do I pay?
- AccountsSale supports USDT on the TRC-20 network through NOWPayments. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, so verify the network, amount, and address before sending. After the top-up is credited to your wallet, purchases use platform escrow.
- How is the account delivered?
- After payment, the seller delivers the login credentials through the order page. You change the password, move two-factor authentication to your device, and swap the recovery email before confirming receipt.
- What if something goes wrong with my order?
- Open a dispute from the order page before escrow is released. Funds stay locked while an administrator reviews both sides. Confirmation or expiry of the 72-hour window without a dispute completes the transaction and ends ordinary refund eligibility; support cannot reopen an ordinary completed sale.
- Can I rent an account instead of buying?
- Yes, when a seller enables rental. Rent and any positive deposit are held in escrow. After the rental ends, a positive deposit remains held until an administrator adjudicates it; it may be returned to the buyer or forfeited to the seller based on the case.
- How do I become a verified seller?
- Complete identity verification (KYC) from your account. Personal sellers can list up to a set number of accounts; upgrading to a Merchant (with a refundable deposit) removes the limit and unlocks the Recovery Guarantee program.
